Pho Lee Hoa Phat has hella locations all over Contra Costa and Solano and I gotta say, each one is consistent. This one is small compared to the others because it's tucked inside Seafood City, next to Chow King, but the food and service are there. Your order will come out quick, and you pay at the register at the end of your meal. I only mention this specifically because some of their locations require you to pay when you order. The prices at this location are actually cheaper than their other locations (Fairfield, I'm talking about you). My must haves are the pho, wings, nem nuong spring rolls, and egg rolls. You can not go wrong with their vermicelli or rice plates either. Portions are hefty and everything is shareable. They open early around 9:30 which is great when you want to eat breakfast, but don't want American breakfast foods. I've been to a few other Pho spots in the area and they're fine but Pho Lee will always be ol' reliable.

This place is easily one of the best bowls of pho I've ever had! I am not from this area, I get my car serviced near by and just happened to discover this gem. Broth is rich and lots of flavor layered in. Egg rolls are amazing and the fish sauce for dipping is delicious. I look forward to getting an oil change now just so I could grab lunch here.

This is probably one of the better pho options in Pleasant Hill area. I remember years ago a small bowl of pho is around $5. It is now $11. It's still delicious! I always get my typical a bowl of pho with steak on the side. For a small bowl, it's quite a lot of noodles but not a lot of steak. I also got the fresh spring rolls. Their peanut sauce is made to perfection! It's a big restaurant with plenty of seating and limited seating outside. It does get busy during the lunch hour. The service was quick and friendly.

Came here with the family. We were kindly seated right away and we were also a large group so that was fantastic. Everything we had here was delicious and tasty. Good flavors and good portions too. Their dessert drinks were also very good and fresh. Service was excellent. Pretty roomy inside with lots of seating, and they also had a few tables outside. Lots of parking and located in an outskirts mall next to Korean and Sushi house. Highly recommend. Cheers!

Food - the best pho place in the area:) Service- the wait persons are very nice. Get seated right away each visit:) Ambiance - simple and spacey!

Very quick service when dining indoors, also for call in pickup orders. All the fishes are very flavorful without being too salty. Kid options are available too. Shakes are nice and thick. Pretty reliable place to eat.

Food was great, except I found a piece of plastic i. my bowl of noodles. But hey, it's a mom and pop - I'm not gonna complain. I love the portion size and the eggroll was great. Open late so that was great too. Service was typical, not phenomenal but not the worst. Kind young waiter, thank you. Ambiance is casual for sure, authentic Vietnamese. Definitely feels at home for me!

We wanted to try a new pho spot and decided on this spot. It's hidden in a plaza surrounded by other Asian eateries which had us bookmarking while we ate, haha! Prices are reasonable and they offer 3 different sizes which is different from other pho places. They don't offer spicy broth which is a preference, but not a deal breaker. We ordered the fresh shrimp spring rolls and it came to our table wrapped in saran wrap. That was our first time seeing this. We immediately thought that these were not fresh. The paper wrap was rubbery and too sticky. We didn't finish these and the reason why I only leave 4 stars. The pho was yummy, though. We each almost finished our bowls. Oh, service was quick too.

Good pho for the area! I like to come here for a quick meal or take out! Food: #17 Pho Tai (Thin Slices of Steak): 4/5 Very average pho and doesn't come with a lot of meat. Tastes good but nothing special... #A1 Cha Gio (Fried Egg Roll): 5/5 Honestly some of the best egg rolls I've had from a pho restaurant! Stays crispy for a long time, but not overcooked. Decent amount of filling and very yummy and flavorful. Comes with fish sauce. #A3 Goi Cuon (Fresh Spring Roll): 5/5 Also very yummy! Tastes very fresh and the peanut sauce that comes with it is delicious! Service and ambiance: The service is alright. They are pretty fast, but not always the friendliest. Super casual pho spot!! And not super packed and loud. Price: Pricing is really good compared to other pho restaurants I've been to. Probably around $15 per person. They take credit card. Parking: Big parking lot :-) Will be back for soup!!

This is an OG pho spot-- been hearing about this spot for a while but only now getting around to trying it. Did not disappoint! Located in a strip mall alongside other Asian eateries. We walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and were seated immediately, despite being quite busy. Staff are as stoic as service is fast (dishes out in 10 min). The place overall is bit aged and rough around the edges (table was freshly wiped down and super wet when we got there), but clearly well-loved. SPRING ROLLS: $10 but they give you thiccc spring rolls with full pieces of shrimp and a small slice of chicken. + decent peanut sauce. BBQ CHICKEN RICE PLATE: Crisp and juicy :-) SO SAVORY doused in fish sauce, with a great bite. Ngl my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Rice is perfect. Can't complain. Comes with a cup of broth-- sweet, aromatic, and richly flavored. I would come here just for the soup tbh. My bf had equally high praise for his Seafood Pho. Surprised there aren't more reviews for a restaurant that's been a cornerstone in the county for so long.
